At Anoop Hair Oil (Arshik Herbal Remedies), we value your satisfaction and ensure all our products pass strict quality checks before shipping.
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered to customers.
Eligible for Return
A product is eligible for return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a leaking or broken bottle
- You received a wrong product
- The item is expired on arrival
To claim a return, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue.
Not Eligible for Return
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Allergy complaints after use
- Non-defective products
As Anoop Hair Oil is a personal care item, returns on opened or non-defective products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Refund / Replacement
If the return request is approved:
- We will send a replacement free of cost, OR
- We will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval.
